The company has a Palm Oil Mill (POM) inside the plantation area in Labuhan Batu which started to operate in 2007 with a capacity of 60 tons per hour. Previously, the Company had a POM in Sigambal which had been operating since 1995 but was sold in 2008.

The overhaul of Palm Oil Mill had been accomplished at the middle of July 2022, to reduce the production capacity to 45 tph in order to increase its productivity and operation efficiency with a utilization rate between 80% and 85%, and the OER level reaching over than 20% with PK higher than 5%.
